To place an order, simply  browse through our products on our  shop page or search for the perfume you are looking for on our website. Once you find your desired perfume, click on it then click add to cart, and continue shopping and adding to cart if you want more products.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Domestic Shipping (Within UAE):

  • In the central region, the shipping cost is 15 AED.
  • For remote areas within the UAE, the shipping cost is 20 AED.

International Shipping:

  • To Bahrain, Oman, and KSA, the shipping cost is a minimum of 100 AED for 0.5KG.
  • To Qatar and Kuwait, the shipping cost is a minimum of 150 AED for 0.5KG.

Please note that these rates are subject to change and may vary based on the weight and destination. For more precise shipping costs, you can check the final amount during the checkout process.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Yes, we do! We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Bahrain
  • Oman
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait

Note: If you wish to order a perfume and do not find your country listed during the checkout process, please contact us via  WhatsApp  to direct response or through email info@xenaperfume.com.

How long will delivery take?

In UAE:

  • For central areas in the UAE, delivery takes 1 to 2 days.
  • For remote areas, it may take 3 to 5 days.

In GCC (KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain):

  • Delivery takes 1 week.

In other international areas:

  • The delivery time varies based on the destination country.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a defective or damaged perfume, please contact our customer support team support at info@xenaperfume.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photographic evidence to facilitate a swift resolution. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
